Customer Service in 2010

Ok,  mi-am facut putin timp sa scriu despre asta, pentru ca sunt complet dezamagit de modul in care unele companii romanesti inteleg relatia client-provider, intr-o lume a retelelor sociale si a internetului. Sunt constient ca e mai bine sa fii discret cu asemenea lucruri, dar de data asta voi trece peste propriile principii, cu speranta ca voi ajuta cativa potentiali clienti sa fuga de balaurul RCS-RDS. I studied Computer Science with the co-founder of Vuzum. We were class mates both in high-school and at the Computer Science University later on. We graduated more than two years ago, and I remember those were good times for learning Flash and skipping classes. (more…)
